Heartsaver CPR/First Aid/AED

Sponsored by the American Heart Association, this course teaches two invaluable life-saving techniques: CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The First Aid portion of the class teaches essential techniques of life saving and is presented utilizing a multi-media approach which incorporates interactive video “watch, then practice” sessions. This course is crucial for the child care teacher or care giver in charge of an individual who is at risk for sudden cardiac arrest.
