EMS/Fire Courses
CMEs Training continues to be proactive in the courses we offer for EMT/PMD personnel as well as a wide variety of fire classes for the fire officer and inspector. Our unique approach, including hands-on, simulation and inter-active techniques continues to bring the best in reality based training for EMS/Fire support personnel.
All our EMS courses are accredited through the Florida Bureau of EMS, National Association of EMT and Department of Transportation. Our instructors have many years experience in the field of EMS and hold many instructor licenses, including the National Association of EMS Educators.
CMEs Training provides the opportunity to learn and earn State approved continuing education units at the same time. Check with your respective states to verify requirements.

Our fire courses can be taken individually or in a series in order to meet the requirements for the Florida State Fire College Fire Officer 1 Exam or Life Safety Inspector. All courses are approved by FCDICE and taught by a Florida State Fire College approved fire instructor. Classes are offered in a traditional classroom format where we may better utilize the experience of all participants. Notification of certification completed will be uploaded upon completion of each course.

Advanced Medical Life Support

AMLS is a 2 day, 16 hour advanced provider course that will include interactive, scenario based lectures along with teaching and evaluation stations with case base training scenarios that will also include:
Basic and advanced airway management

Shock assessment and treatments

All participants must have the required textbook prior to class and have completed the pre course assessment exam prior to the first day of class. -
Air Medical Crew Course

Air Medical education using fixed and rotor wing aircraft for practical training and orientation. Exceeds DOT National Standard Curriculum and Guidelines. 32 hours/4 days includes study guide and CD.

Building Construction FFP2120
Starting at: $275.00
The curriculum in this portion of the Fire Prevention Inspection Certification Program deals with building construction. Topics include identifying hazards from assault by fire and gravity, how building construction can influence fire spread, fire confinement or structural collapse, and many other life safety issues. This is not a building course per se, but rather a course to identify construction features and their hazards under fire conditions.

Construction Documents and Plans Review

This curriculum is geared toward teaching the student how to assimilate information contained in working, drawing and specifications as they relate to the fire inspector. The curriculum includes how to interpret conventional graphic communications. Accepted standards and conventions are introduced. Symbols, abbreviations, principles of technical projection, as well as, a review of construction arithmetic and geometry, are included.
